Deposits & Booking

To reserve your appointment, VellexHaus may require a deposit. Deposits are applied toward your final service balance and help cover scheduling, preparation, and material costs.

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered, custom work has been prepared, or your appointment time has been reserved.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact VellexHaus as early as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit and may require a new deposit to schedule a future appointment.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Refunds:
 

Due to the custom nature of automotive services, including vehicle wraps, window tint, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and detailing services, all sales are considered final once work has begun.

Refunds are not provided for:
 

●Change of mind after materials have been ordered
●Changes in preference after installation begins

                 ● Completed custom work that meets agreed-upon expectations
 

If a clear installation-related issue or defect occurs, VellexHaus will inspect the vehicle and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, correction, or partial rework when applicable.

Quality & Warranty:
 

VellexHaus takes pride in delivering professional workmanship and quality installations. However, due to the handcrafted nature of automotive customization, minor variations or small imperfections may occur and are considered normal within industry standards.

Warranty coverage may be affected by:
 

●Improper care or maintenance
● Neglect

● Accidents or physical damage

●Environmental damage

●Unauthorized repairs or modifications

If you notice lifting, peeling, bubbling, or any installation concerns, please contact VellexHaus as soon as possible for inspection.
 

Customer Responsibility: 
 

Customers are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by VellexHaus for wraps, tint, PPF, ceramic coatings, and detailing services.

Failure to properly maintain your vehicle may reduce the lifespan of the service and may affect warranty coverage.
